About Pheme
A public-reaction model that shows its work.
Pheme exists to make hypothetical public response explorable without disguising a model as a survey. It is designed for curiosity, scenario testing, and scrutiny—not campaign claims or polling replacement.
What it is
A synthetic population seeded from public demographic, economic, election, and development data. Bounded modeled personas answer questions; deterministic engines propagate geographic scenarios.
What it is not
It does not observe anyone, recruit respondents, measure current voter intent, predict an election, or provide a margin of error. Exact percentages are estimates.
Operator disclosure
Pheme will publish the verified operator identity, contact route, funding, and vendor relationships on the Transparency page. Those details require owner approval and are not invented by the software.
